We want you to love your KOVA gear. If your leash isn’t what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked — as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange if preferred.

To start a return, email support@kovadog.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide easy instructions for sending it back.

Because we believe in keeping gear in use, we encourage you to consider our Free Repair for Life option before returning, we can often fix what’s worn instead of replacing it.
